for People Who Want Change

"You might as well answer the door, my child, the truth is furiously knocking."

--Lucille Clifton

What's your truth?

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, leaving you too fatigued to be present in the here and now.

It can feel lonely to navigate hard emotions or disconnection from yourself and others. Let me be a witness to your story and a guide on your journey toward healing and growth. Together, we'll get to know your emotions, unravel the patterns that hold you back, and empower you to create a life that's more authentic, meaningful, and joyful.

Ain't no one like you.

I invite and welcome you to show up as yourself. Bring your mess! Bring your fears, the things that keep you up at night, and the hopes you have for yourself. Together, we'll explore how you can live with more ease.

Please note that you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, including me and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
